- Munir has been providing his sedation services for over 17 years.
- He is currently a Clinical Lecturer in Conscious Sedation at The Royal London Hospital, and a lecturer in Pain Management and Sedation at the Eastman Dental Institute PG.
- Munir has been trained in acupuncture for the head and neck region and obtained a Medical Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and runs specialised nervous patient clinics.
- He completed training as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Kingston and St. Georges Hospitals. During his various postings he was awarded The Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons, England.
- He has also completed his postgraduate training in IV/Oral/Inhalation (gas and air) sedation at the Eastman Dental Institute.
- He lectures internationally and trains dentists on communication and Effective Analgesia

- Mutahir qualified from the University of Birmingham, following a successful year in vocational training. He subsequently held Senior House Officer posts in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Surgery/Medicine and Restorative dentistry. He has held posts as a Speciality Dentist and Senior Dental Officer, demonstrating his commitment to advanced patient care and clinical excellence.
- With a particular focus on dental sedation, Mutahir is proficient in multiple techniques, including intravenous and inhalation sedation, ensuring optimal comfort for patients undergoing complex procedures such as wisdom teeth removal, Implant Surgery, Root Canal Treatment, and Periodontal (gum) therapies.
- Beyond his clinical practice, Mutahir is deeply invested in education and mentorship. He serves as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Birmingham and also holds the position of Educational Supervisor. Additionally, as a certified Mentor/Coach within the West Midlands Deanery, he supports and guides dental professionals in their career development.
- An active contributor to the profession, Mutahir currently chairs the College of General Dentistry Midlands CiC and the BDA Central Birmingham Section. He is also an engaged member of SAAD, DSTG, and ADAS, further reinforcing his dedication to sedation.
- Passionate about patient care, Mutahir is committed to improving oral health and overall well-being through high-quality treatment and professional leadership.

- Ronan is a dedicated dentists with a background in Medical Physiology and Therapeutics from the University of Nottingham and Dentistry from King’s College London, where he received multiple awards including the Peter Lunt, Harry Radin, Jose Souyave, and Dental Alumni Prize.
- Ronan has gained valuable experience working at The Eastman and Royal London Dental Hospital, where he gained accreditation in intravenous sedation. He has gained membership with the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
- A trustee of the Tom Bereznicki Charitable Educational Foundation, and The Society for the Advacement in Anaesthesia in Dentistry, he is passioante about mentoring dentists.
